On Saturday Lolë was kind enough to bring me to Montreal to take part in their second White Yoga session, with over 2,000 people, all wearing white, joining together in a session at the Olympic Stadium led by teacher Lyne St-Roch. It was a very cool experience and I’m looking forward to next year’s iteration, scheduled to take place in Toronto!
