In case of emergency, invent chocolate pudding.

Recipe:

• Frozen mango (maybe 3/4 cup?)
• Coconut milk from a can (1/2 cup?)
• A few tablespoons of cocoa powder/cacao nibs/both
• A tablespoon of coconut oil
• A few dates
• Some coconut sugar
• A tablespoon or so of chia seeds

Blend up in a high-speed blender or food processor with as much water as you need. The texture on this is amazingly good.
