I’m a Toronto-based writer, editor and digital consultant specializing in health, fitness, food and travel. I’m also a yoga teacher (trained at YogaSpace in summer 2011), a runner and a ballet student, and I climb sporadically, too.

My current and recent writing clients include Flare, Reader’s Digest, besthealthmag.ca, sweetfit.ca, Sweat Equity and Edible Toronto – and that’s just the beginning. This blog is my notebook, a place to share cool things I find, comment on what’s in the news and showcase some of the amazing places I’ve been and things I’ve seen and tried.
